Experienced Commercial Garage Door Lead/Supervisor Installer

 Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an Experienced Commercial Garage Door Lead/Supervisor Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a skilled, reliable, and highly experienced professional with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of installers and coordinate daily jobsite tasks.
• Perform installations, service, and preventive maintenance on a variety of commercial door systems including (but not limited to):
  • High-speed doors
  • Freezer and cooler doors
  • Hangar doors
  • Sectional doors
  • Rolling steel doors
  • Fire-rated doors
• Provide on-site supervision and ensure high-quality, efficient work is completed on schedule.
• Maintain strong communication with team members and project managers.
• Manage workflow while handling physical installation duties.
• Safely operate equipment and tools, including welding gear.
• Perform heavy lifting and work at heights as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial garage door installation and service.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work out of town, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in welding and using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Strong physical condition – heavy lifting and working at heights required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug test prior to employment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• PTO: 112 Hours Annually
