Brandon McNeice
Brandon McNeice began his career in the industrial equipment industry in 1999 as a contractor, where he was trained by an experienced senior technician. Over more than two decades, he has built a reputation as a highly skilled, mechanically inclined professional with deep expertise across a wide range of commercial and industrial systems.
Throughout his career, Brandon has performed new equipment installations, full equipment rebuilds, custom fabrication, and ongoing repairs — including extensive work on competitor equipment. His breadth of hands-on experience makes him a versatile resource for any facility's needs, from initial setup to long-term maintenance.
Brandon is also highly proficient in electrical troubleshooting, bringing a well-rounded technical skill set that spans both mechanical and electrical systems.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the field, Calvin Choate has built a career defined by deep technical knowledge and a commitment to getting it right. Since entering the industry in 1996, Calvin has installed and serviced an extensive range of commercial and industrial equipment — and even now, after three decades, he finds the work as dynamic and challenging as ever.

Kamden Sweet
Kamden Sweet started in the industrial equipment field right out of high school, six years ago. Trained by two of the best workers in the trade, he quickly built a strong foundation and has since worked on just about everything the job can throw at him.
Today, as Assistant Field Manager, Kamden focuses on teaching, leading, and managing the next group of technicians to ensure quality work is performed on every job.

Administrative Manager
Scott Holmes
Scott Holmes comes to Gooding Solutions with 40 years of management experience and 30 years in the finance industry. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles at various levels across Customer Service, Human Resources, and Business Analytics, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how organizations operate and grow.
Scott is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
Outside of work, Scott is committed to giving back to his community. He has volunteered with the annual River Bank Run for four years and has taught 4th graders at Congress Elementary School about personal finance through Junior Achievement. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time in northern Michigan with his spouse and their two small dogs.
